Privacy Policy
Effective date and last updated: July 22, 2026
Namimon Mahjong (the "Operator") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how
information is handled in the game application DEEP FIELD (the "App").
1. Information Collected by the Operator
The App does not require account registration, login, or profile information.
The Operator does not directly collect or store names, email addresses, postal
addresses, telephone numbers, contacts, precise location, or other information
that directly identifies a user through the App.
The App displays advertising. In connection with ad delivery, third-party
advertising providers may automatically process device and usage information.
This is separate from direct collection of personal information by the Operator.
2. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
-
Google AdMob: Google and its advertising partners may process
an IP address, advertising identifiers when permitted by the user, device,
operating system and app information, ad impressions and interactions, and
diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control, and
fraud prevention. Reports available to the Operator are generally aggregated
and do not directly identify individual users.
-
RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play: If the App offers
an in-app purchase to remove advertising, these services may process an
anonymous app user identifier, product identifier, and purchase, transaction,
and entitlement status to complete and restore the purchase. Payment details
are managed by the applicable app store. Credit card numbers and similar
payment credentials are not provided to the Operator.
For details about how these providers handle information, please review their
respective privacy policies and related disclosures:
3. Purposes of Processing
Information handled by third-party services may be used to:
- deliver advertisements, control ad frequency, and measure ad performance;
- detect and prevent invalid traffic, unauthorized access, and fraud;
- process, verify, and restore in-app purchases; and
- maintain the stability and security of the App and related services.
4. Advertising Choices
Users may be able to limit the use of advertising identifiers and personalized
advertising through their device privacy settings or Google's advertising
controls. Where required by applicable law, the App may display a consent message
or other privacy choices before requesting ads.
5. Data Retention
The Operator does not directly collect or retain information that identifies a
user. Retention periods and deletion procedures for information processed by
third-party services are governed by each provider's policies and the user's
device or account settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and the Operator does not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13. Minors should use the App
with the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Operator may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in applicable law,
the App, or third-party services. Material changes will be announced through this
page or another appropriate method within the App.

- engage in other conduct that the Operator reasonably determines to be harmful or inappropriate.
5. Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App belong
to the Operator or their respective rights holders. The license granted under
these Terms does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
6. Changes, Suspension, and Discontinuation
The Operator may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App for
maintenance, technical issues, compliance with law or app store rules, or other
reasonable grounds. When practicable, notice will be provided through this page
or within the App.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not
warrant that the App will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, fit for a
particular purpose, or free from defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
the Operator is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential
damages or lost profits arising from use of or inability to use the App, except in
cases of the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence. This limitation
does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.
