本規約は、ForC（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、ユーザーが設定した条件（例: 天気、ヘルスデータ、サイコロ等）に基づいて、カレンダーイベント作成等のアクションを実行できる機能を提供します。
本アプリでは、機能提供のために匿名認証IDや通知用トークン等の技術的識別子を利用する場合があります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
一部機能は有料サブスクリプション（Pro）で提供されます。料金、請求、更新、解約、返金可否は、各プラットフォーム（Apple App Store / Google Play）の規約および課金ポリシーに従います。
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
本アプリは、正確性・有用性・継続性について合理的な範囲で努めますが、これらを保証するものではありません。ユーザーは自己の責任で本アプリを利用するものとし、本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、法令上許される範囲で責任を負いません。
本アプリは、保守、障害対応、法令対応その他の理由により、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、サービス内容の変更または提供停止を行う場合があります。
本アプリは、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内またはウェブサイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、法令に基づき適切な裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service define the conditions for using ForC (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides features that execute actions, such as creating calendar events, based on user-defined conditions (e.g., weather, health data, dice).
To provide core functionality, the App may use technical identifiers such as anonymous authentication IDs and notification tokens. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Some features are offered through a paid subscription (Pro). Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable platform terms and billing policies (Apple App Store / Google Play).
You must not:
The App makes reasonable efforts regarding accuracy, usefulness, and continuity, but does not guarantee them. You use the App at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.
The App may change or suspend all or part of the service without prior notice for maintenance, incident response, legal compliance, or other operational reasons.
The App may revise these Terms when necessary. Revised Terms become effective when posted in the App or on the website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court determined under applicable law.
