利用規約 (Terms of Service)

この利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます。）は、「Stride coach」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になる皆様（以下、「ユーザー」といいます。）は、本規約に同意した上でご利用ください。

1. 適用

本規約は、ユーザーと本アプリの開発者との間の、本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

2. 利用環境等

  1. 本アプリを利用するために必要な機器、ソフトウェア、通信回線等は、ユーザーの責任と費用において準備するものとします。
  2. 本アプリは、歩行やウォーキングのサポートを目的としていますが、医療行為や正確な診断を提供するものではありません。健康状態に不安がある場合は、事前に医師にご相談ください。
  3. 歩行中・画面注視等による事故・トラブルについて、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。本アプリを利用する際は、周囲の安全を十分に確認し、交通ルールを遵守してご利用ください。

3. 本アプリの提供の停止等

開発者は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本アプリの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。

  1. 本アプリにかかるシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
  2. 地震、落雷、火災、停電または天災などの不可抗力により、本アプリの提供が困難となった場合
  3. その他、開発者が本アプリの提供が困難と判断した場合

4. 免責事項

  1. 開発者は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます。）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
  2. 開発者は、本アプリに関連してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。

5. サービス内容の変更等

開発者は、ユーザーに通知することなく、本アプリの内容を変更しまたは本アプリの提供を中止することができるものとし、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。

6. 利用規約の変更

開発者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。なお、本規約の変更後、本アプリの利用を開始した場合には、当該ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) establish the conditions of use for “Stride coach” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). All users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) must agree to these Terms before using the App.

1. Application

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the developer of this App concerning the use of the App.

2. Usage Environment, etc.

  1. Users are responsible for preparing and maintaining, at their own expense, the devices, software, and communication lines necessary to use this App.
  2. This App is intended to support walking and striding, but it does not provide medical treatment or accurate medical diagnosis. If you have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional beforehand.
  3. The developer assumes no responsibility for any accidents or troubles caused by walking or looking at the screen. When using this App, please ensure the safety of your surroundings and observe traffic rules.

3. Suspension of App Provision

The developer may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the App without prior notice to the User if any of the following events occur:

  1. When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the App’s systems.
  2. When the provision of the App becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or natural disasters.
  3. When the developer otherwise determines that the provision of the App is difficult.

4. Disclaimer

  1. The developer does not expressly or implicitly guarantee that the App constitutes no de facto or legal flaws (including defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security-related faults, errors, bugs, or rights infringement).
  2. The developer assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damage incurred by the User in connection with this App.

5. Changes to Service Content

The developer may change the content of the App or discontinue the provision of the App without notice to the User, and shall not be held liable for any damage incurred by the User as a result.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

The developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying the User, if deemed necessary. Moreover, if the User starts using the App after any change to these Terms, the User is deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.
