# tegiwAI Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how tegiwAI ("the App") handles information. The App is designed to help users organize recipes, cooking steps, schedules, timers, and voice guidance.

## Summary

tegiwAI does not require users to create an account, and the developer does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information through the App.

Recipe data, cooking plans, settings, and timer-related data are stored on the user's device unless the user chooses to export, share, or send that information outside the App.

## Information Stored on Your Device

The App may store the following information locally on your device:

- Recipes that you enter or import
- Ingredients and cooking steps
- Cooking schedules and timer state
- App settings such as language, cooking speed, number of pots, number of stovetops, and voice guidance settings
- Onboarding or tutorial progress

This information is used only to provide the App's cooking planning and navigation features.

## Information You Choose to Provide

The App lets you enter recipe text manually or paste recipe text. Recipe text may sometimes include personal information if you choose to include it, such as a person's name, notes, address-like text, phone number, email address, or other identifying details.

Please do not include personal information in recipe text unless it is necessary and you have the right to use and share it.

## Recipe Sharing and User-Provided Content

If recipe sharing or recipe exchange features are enabled in the future, the recipe content you choose to share may be sent to another user or to a server used to deliver the sharing feature.

Before such a feature is released, tegiwAI will:

- Show a clear confirmation before sending recipe content outside your device
- Avoid requesting unnecessary personal information
- Encourage users not to include personal information in shared recipe text
- Provide a way to delete or stop sharing shared content where technically feasible
- Update this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures as needed

The developer is not responsible for personal information that a user voluntarily includes in recipe text and intentionally shares with another person, but the App will be designed to minimize unnecessary transmission of such information.

## External AI Services

The App may allow you to open an external AI service in your browser or another app to help convert recipe text into structured recipe data. When you use an external service, the text you send to that service is handled under that service's own terms and privacy policy.

tegiwAI does not control third-party AI services. Please review recipe text before sending it to any external service, and remove personal information or confidential information before doing so.

## Advertising

The App may display ads using Google AdMob. Ad requests may cause Google and its partners to process technical information such as device identifiers, IP address, app activity related to ad delivery, and other information necessary for ad serving, fraud prevention, frequency capping, reporting, and compliance.

The App is configured to request non-personalized ads where supported. Non-personalized ads may still use contextual information and technical information necessary to deliver ads.

## Notifications

The App may use local notifications for timers or cooking guidance if you allow notifications on your device. Notification settings can be changed in the device settings.

## Data Sharing

The developer does not sell users' personal information.

The developer does not share locally stored recipe data with third parties unless:

- You choose to export or share the data
- You choose to send text to an external AI service
- Sharing is necessary for a future recipe sharing feature that you explicitly use
- Disclosure is required by law

## Data Retention and Deletion

Recipe data and settings stored on your device remain there until you delete them, reset the App's data, uninstall the App, or remove the data through device features.

If future server-based sharing is introduced, retention and deletion rules for shared content will be described before that feature is released.

## Children's Privacy

The App is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has included personal information in recipe text or shared content, please remove that information from the App.

## Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App changes, including if account features, server-based recipe sharing, analytics, or additional third-party services are introduced.

本プライバシーポリシーは、tegiwAI（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリは、レシピ、調理工程、調理計画、タイマー、音声ガイドを整理するためのアプリです。

## 概要

本アプリは、ユーザー登録を必要としません。また、開発者は、本アプリを通じて氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、正確な位置情報、連絡先、写真、支払い情報などを意図的に収集しません。

ユーザーが入力したレシピ、調理計画、設定、タイマーに関する情報は、ユーザーが書き出し、共有、または外部サービスへ送信することを選択しない限り、原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。

## 端末内に保存される情報

本アプリは、以下の情報をユーザーの端末内に保存することがあります。

- ユーザーが入力または取り込んだレシピ
- 材料および調理手順
- 調理計画およびタイマーの状態
- 言語、調理速度、鍋の数、コンロの数、音声ガイド設定などのアプリ設定
- オンボーディングまたはチュートリアルの進行状況

これらの情報は、本アプリの調理計画および調理ナビゲーション機能を提供するために使用されます。

## ユーザーが任意に入力する情報

本アプリでは、レシピ本文を手入力したり、コピーしたレシピ本文を貼り付けたりできます。ユーザーが入力するレシピ本文には、ユーザーの判断により、氏名、メモ、住所に類する文字列、電話番号、メールアドレス、その他個人を識別し得る情報が含まれる可能性があります。

必要がない限り、レシピ本文に個人情報を含めないでください。また、他人の個人情報を含む内容を入力、共有、または外部サービスへ送信する場合は、必要な権利または許可があることを確認してください。

## レシピ共有およびユーザー提供コンテンツ

将来、レシピ共有またはレシピ交換機能が提供される場合、ユーザーが共有を選択したレシピ内容は、他のユーザーまたは共有機能の提供に必要なサーバーへ送信される可能性があります。

そのような機能を提供する前に、本アプリは以下を行います。

- レシピ内容を端末外へ送信する前に、明確な確認画面を表示する
- 不要な個人情報の入力を求めない
- 共有するレシピ本文に個人情報を含めないよう注意喚起する
- 技術的に可能な範囲で、共有済みコンテンツの削除または共有停止の手段を提供する
- 必要に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーおよびApp Storeのプライバシー申告を更新する

ユーザーが自らレシピ本文に個人情報を含め、意図的に他者へ共有した場合、その情報の内容についてはユーザーの責任となります。ただし、本アプリは不要な情報送信を最小化する設計に努めます。

## 外部AIサービス

本アプリは、レシピ本文を構造化されたレシピデータへ変換する補助として、ブラウザまたは他のアプリで外部AIサービスを開く機能を提供することがあります。ユーザーが外部サービスへ送信したテキストは、その外部サービスの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

本アプリは、外部AIサービスを管理していません。外部サービスへ送信する前にレシピ本文を確認し、個人情報または機密情報を削除してください。

## 広告

本アプリは、Google AdMobを使用して広告を表示することがあります。広告リクエストにより、Googleおよびそのパートナーが、広告配信、不正防止、表示回数の制御、レポート作成、法令遵守などに必要な範囲で、デバイス識別子、IPアドレス、広告配信に関連するアプリ利用情報、その他の技術情報を処理する場合があります。

本アプリは、対応している場合、非パーソナライズド広告をリクエストするよう設定されています。非パーソナライズド広告であっても、広告配信に必要なコンテキスト情報および技術情報が使用される場合があります。

## 通知

本アプリは、ユーザーが端末で通知を許可した場合、タイマーまたは調理ガイドのためにローカル通知を使用することがあります。通知設定は、端末の設定から変更できます。

## 第三者提供

開発者は、ユーザーの個人情報を販売しません。

開発者は、以下の場合を除き、端末内に保存されたレシピデータを第三者へ共有しません。

- ユーザーがデータの書き出しまたは共有を選択した場合
- ユーザーが外部AIサービスへテキストを送信することを選択した場合
- 将来提供されるレシピ共有機能をユーザーが明示的に利用する場合
- 法令に基づき開示が必要な場合

## データの保存期間および削除

端末内に保存されたレシピデータおよび設定は、ユーザーが削除、アプリ内のデータリセット、アプリのアンインストール、または端末の機能による削除を行うまで保存されます。

将来、サーバーを利用した共有機能を提供する場合、共有コンテンツの保存期間および削除方法は、その機能の提供前に説明します。

## 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもの個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。子どもがレシピ本文または共有コンテンツに個人情報を含めた可能性がある場合は、当該情報を本アプリから削除してください。

## 本ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは、アプリの変更に応じて更新されることがあります。アカウント機能、サーバーを利用したレシピ共有、分析機能、追加の第三者サービスなどを導入する場合も、必要に応じて本ポリシーを更新します。
